² Ingredients

  •  1/2 oz Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk)
  •  1/4 tsp, ground Oregano
  •  0.2 tsp Garlic
  •  1 oz Spinach
  •  1 can (12.5 oz), drained Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned)
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Trader Joe's Marinara Sauce
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 oz) Pastene Roasted Red Pepper
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's Cayenne Pepper
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cap) Dole Portobello Mushroom Caps
   

q Directions

Wash and clean the gills from the mushroom cap. Place on baking sheet and in oven at 375 for 10 min. Mix tuna, spinach, red pepper and seasoning in bowl. Cook tuna mixture on stovetop for 5-8 mins until spinach is wilted, and ingredients is heated thoroughly. Place tuna mixture in mushroom cap and top with pieces of string cheese. Place in oven for 5 min until cheese is melted. Top with warm marinara sauce, and serve!
