Quick and easy high protein, low carb meal! Can be seasoned and adjusted to your taste

² Ingredients

  •  1 large Egg
  •  1 tablespoon Salsa
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 oz) StarKist Foods Chunk Light Tuna in Water
   

q Directions

Drain tuna and add to bowl.
Mix in egg whites and egg.
Cook like a pancake until golden on both sides.
Season to your desire, I used garlic powder, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.
Add salsa on top. Enjoy!
