Try this clean variation of breakfast sausages.

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Lilydale Extra Lean Ground Turkey
  •  0.15 cup, chopped Onions
  •  1/3 tbsp Honey
  •  1/2 tsp packed Brown Sugar
  •  1/4 tsp Sage (Ground)
  •  1/4 tsp Fennel Seed
  •  1/4 tsp Thyme
  •  0.1 oz Dried Chia Seeds
  •  0.15 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Central Market Ground Flax Seed
   

q Directions

Combine in all ingredients in a bowl. Divide mixture evenly into 8 pieces and use hands to roll into links. Heat large skillet with 1 tsp olive oil. Place links in the pan and cook until browned all the way around, turning links every few minutes (there should be no pink- around 6-8 minutes). Serve! I always dip my sausage in syrup
