A healthier, low fat version of a mexican restaurant favorite.

² Ingredients

  •  3/4 serving (serving = 4 oz) Honeysuckle White 99% Fat Free Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Tostitos Medium Salsa
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Bush's Best Black Beans
  •  1 tsp Minced Garlic
  •  1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  •  0.125 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tortilla) La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortillas
   

q Directions

Preheat the oven to 400F. Spray a pan with nonstick spray and sautee your turkey, garlic, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. When the turkey is nearly done cooking, stir in the salsa and black beans. Remove from heat. Cut the tortilla into 4 equally sized wedges. Distribute the turkey mixture amongst the 4 pieces. Roll each up, using a toothpick to hold them together. Place the 4 taquitos on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 400F for 15-17 minutes, or until crispy. This will change a bit depending on what kind of tortilla you use.

Remove the toothpicks. Serve with plain greek yogurt and avocado. More salsa would also be a great pair!
