Healthy, simple, delicious, biscuits that are 65 calories per biscuit....and take only 15 minutes to make

² Ingredients

  •  90 g White Wheat Flour (All Purpose, Self-Rising, Enriched)
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Wegmans 0% Fat Greek Yogurt Plain
   

q Directions

In a large bowl add 3/4 cup (90g) self rising flour
Hollow out the center with a spoon
Now add just less then 2/3 cup (150g) non-fat greek yogurt
Pull your flour into your yogurt with a spoon
Continue the process until your dough forms
Add a pinch of flour to your work area
Roll out your dough to about 1/4 inch thick
Bake 450 for 10 minutes
