Kick start your morning with this! It's really simple to prepare!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1) Toast two slices of Ezekiel bread, slice the bread into halves (triangular shape)
2) Heat/microwave the berries on high for about a minute up to soften and mash them into compote style (add a packet of stevia if you prefer something sweeter)
3) Slice up the banana and layer the toast with them
4) Drizzle the peanut butter and berry compote over the sandwich stack one after another and sprinkle with a tbsp of chia seeds
5) Ready to be served!
