Who doesn't love a good donut right? How about one that's whole grain and filled with protein, even better!

² Ingredients


q Directions

Add all ingredients into bowl except milk and mix but be careful not to over mix! This will create tough donuts!

Slowly add in liquid until you have a batter with a slightly thicker texture than an average pancake mixture would.

Place evenly in 4 normal sized donut molds.

Bake for 20 -25 mins. Cool and enjoy!

I topped mine with greek yogurt and then topped with pomegrante and hemp seeds!
