q Directions

Mix the protein powder with the unflavoured gelatin in a bowl. Heat up the milk and add it to the protein gelatin mix. You can also add a bit of vanilla essence too. Whisk whisk whisk and transfer to molds, bowls, whatever you have. Place in the fridge to set for about 2 hours and that's it!! Then you can cover them with TONS of WF caramel syrup for extra yumminess ;)
