This time is a vanilla version, all good for you, healthy, protein rich, sugar free and delicious.

² Ingredients

  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Nu-tek Pro5 Vanilla Protein Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 packet) Whole Foods Market Stevia
  •  0.15 cup (8 fl oz) Lowfat Plain Yogurt
  •  1/2 oz Water
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Powder (Low Sodium)
  •  1/2 cup, quartered or chopped Apples
  •  1 cherry Sweet Cherries
  •  1/2 oz Mulberries
   

q Directions

Mix everything together in a bowl. Add plastic foil over the bowl, this is not necessary but the cake get more moist if you do, and microwave for 2 minutes. I added apple, mulberries and cherries on top of the cake
