Super easy base vanilla protein pancake recipe - low calorie and a great texture!

² Ingredients


q Directions

2.5 tbsp coconut flour
4g (just over 1/2 tsp) honey
1 tbsp vanilla whey
1 tsp psyllium husk
4 tbsp (1/4 cup) egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
~1/3 cup water (add slowly while mixing to allow the coconut flour/psyllium husk to absorb the water - aim for a slightly runny consistency)
Mix all ingredients and cook on medium heat

I don't use the brand of Whey protein you use so I was figuring out the nutritional info and i've stumbled across a mistake that i wanted to inform you of. You said 0.2 of a serving of whey but later you said a tbsp (15g). A serving of that whey protein is 25 grams so is it 0.6 (15grams/tbsp) or 0.2 (tsp/5grams). Thanks in advanced. Kind Regards Reece
