q Directions

All you need is about 1 large baked potato ( mine was 1 1/4 cup mashed), 1 tbsp flaxmeal mixed with 3 tbsp water, 1/8 cup of any nut butter, 1/2 tsp baking soda, handful of raisins, 1 tsp cinnamon and about 15 drops of stevia. Mix and spoon on the parchment paper. Wet your fingers a little and round the sides of the cookies. Bake for 15 min at 350F! Let them cool completely before you remove them from the tray! They taste fantastiiiic!!
