³ Description

A delicious and super fast HEALTHY stir fry - Takes only 10 minutes to make! Great for meal prep, make in bulk and freeze or refrigerate for lunches.

² Ingredients

  •  1 cup Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked)
  •  1/2 small Zucchini
  •  1/2 medium Carrots
  •  1/4 cup Green Peas (Frozen)
  •  0 clove Garlic
  •  1/2 cup Baby Spinach
   

q Directions

- In a non stick saucepan mix around the crushed garlic until golden
- Add grated zucchini, grated carrot, peas, oregano, pepper and pinch of 5 spices
- Add the cooked brown rice and combine well
- Add few drops of Liquid Aminos or salt reduced soy sauce
- Add baby spinach and mix
- Separately, scramble one egg and one egg white and place it in a well in the rice

*You may use coconut oil if you dont have a non stick pot/pan*
