² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  1 wedge yields Lemon Juice
  •  20 raspberries Raspberries
  •  2 tablespoon (9.3 g) Protein Powder
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 oz) Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cream Cheese
  •  1 serving (serving = 2-4 drops) Whole Foods Market Liquid Stevia Drops
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Oat Flour
  •  0.2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
   

q Directions

Pancake ingredients:
-1/4 cup raspberries
-1 egg white
-1/2 cup oat flour
-1 tsp lemon juice
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 scoop protein powder
-1 tbsp plain nonfat greek yogurt
-2 tbsp almond milk

Icing ingredients:
-1 tsp vanilla protein powder
-4 drops liquid stevia
-1 tsp greek yogurt
-2 tbsp Neufchatel cheese
-2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
1) Mix all the pancake ingredients together and pour onto preheated griddle (350F) and cook about 2 - 2 1/2 mins each side (batter yields about 3 pancakes)
2) While those are cooking, start the "icing" by combining the yogurt and Neufchatel cheese and microwave it for 20 seconds, then combine the remaining icing ingredients and stir together. Finally, layer it between your finished pancakes!
