Recipe for one giant apple crumble cookie! NOTE: 1. you can use quark instead of greek yogurt 2. you can add stevia and cinnamon to taste

q Directions

1. cut apple in small pieces and microwave it about 0,5-1,5 minutes until it's soft
2. meanwhile mix oats and baking powder
3. add microwaved apple pieces, greek yogurt, cinnamon, sweeten it with stevia, and mix it with a spoon !the dough will be really sticky and thick!
4. form a giant cookie with a spoon on a parchment paper OR: spray some nonstick spray on a baking sheet
5. bake it in the oven at 425 degrees F/220 degrees C for about 20-25 minutes
