Apple, Banana and Cashew Oatmeal dusted with cinnamon. Have a great Monday Morning. Happy Earth Day!!!

² Ingredients

  •  1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1 cup, quartered or chopped Apples
  •  0.66 cup Oats
  •  1/2 oz (18 kernels) Cashew Nuts
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
   

q Directions

Combine the water, apple (half chopped in, half sliced) and banana in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in the rolled oats and cinnamon. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to low, and simmer until thick, about 3 minutes. Finish with cashews. Dust with cinnamon You can add sweetener if you like.
