These cauliflower based muffins are a great ready-to-go snack, or as part of your breakfast.
In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients: almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt.
Soften the raw honey in the microwave for about 10 seconds. Then add, along with the remaining wet ingredients to the dry. Once itâ€™s all mixed in properly, stir in the cranberries.
Scoop into muffin liners. Bake at 350Âº for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the muffin comes out clean. Enjoy!
