A full-flavoured wrap without the extra calories. Extremely good, and can get a little messy!
Heat large frying pan and spray with olive oil.
Add onions and scallions and let saute for 5 minutes.
Add turkey, mushrooms, red peppers, bean sprouts, and all the spices/liquids the recipe calls for.
Keep cooking until turkey is fully done.
Spread turkey on wraps, and drop the yogurt down the centre with a drizzle of lemon juice.
Sprinkle on feta cheese and enjoy!
