Creamy, beautiful, healthy, easy and quick. This recipe will take you 10 minutes to make. Try it and let me know how you like it.

² Ingredients

  •  1.5 cup Cauliflower
  •  0.125 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1/4 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1 tsp Garlic
  •  1 dash Sea Salt
   

q Directions

Avocado mashed "potatoes". Steam 1,5 cups of cauliflower. Throw them into the blender together with 1/4 avocado, 2 tbsp ff greek yogurt. Blend. Now empty into a bowl and add 1 small pressed garlic and salt. Mix. Ready its tastes amazing. Very creamy. Im going to serve it with grilled salmon tonight.
