Perfect simple snack for a chilly fall day

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Trader Joe's Strawberry Jam
  •  1/2 cup, cooked Oatmeal
  •  1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Fuji Apples
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
   

q Directions

Scoop out apple and sprinkle with cinnamon before baking at 350 for 5 minutes. Apple should only be slightly cooked.
Cook oatmeal with boiling water, and mix in the strawberry jam and minced apple.
Stuff the apple with cooked oatmeal and top with dried cranberries and flax seed (optional)
