³ Description

A dessert does not get any healthier than this. Its perfect for fall and loved by anyone who loves pears.

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 oz (18 kernels) Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts
  •  1/2 cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  •  1 medium pear (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pear
  •  3/4 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins (Seedless)
  •  3/4 tbsp Honey
   

q Directions

Recipe: cut the pear in half and scoop out the middle. Now cook 1/2 cup orange fresh juice with 1 tsp of agave or honey, cinnamon and vanilla on a low heat stirring till the mixture get bubbly and kinda thick. Add chopped cashews, raisins to it and mix. Fill the middle of the pears with the mixture and pour all the juice over them. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. I love these warm
