A super chocolatey protein mugcake that's healthy enough to eat for breakfast....hey, that's what I did!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 medium) Dole Bananas
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Whole Foods Market Natural Peanut Butter
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup uncooked) Trader Joe's Rolled Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Trader Joe's Cocoa Powder Unsweetened
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 egg) Kroger Eggs (Large)
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) GNC Chocolate Whey Protein
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 3/4 cup) Kirkland Signature Greek Yogurt
   

q Directions

Grind oats into a flour. Mash 1/2 the banana and mix that, along with all other ingredients except for peanut butter, in a big mug or bowl. Cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Top with the other half of the banana (sliced), peanut butter and a drizzle of honey!
