I love weekends! I always try to make a big breakfast for us. this morning was french toast covered in a vanilla protein drizzle & melted banana.
Soak ezekiel bread in a mixture of 1 large egg, 1 egg white, 1/2tsp vanilla, 2tbsp almond/coconut milk, cinnamon to taste. cook & flip on a coconut oil sprayed pan.
2 spoonfuls of vanilla greek yogurt, 1/2scoop vanilla whey protein, 2 tbsp almond/coconut milk, drop of vanilla, stevia to taste. mix until smooth. heat in microwave for 1min.
just melt a banana in the microwave until warm & add cinnamon. layer with toast & drizzle. top with banana melt & more cinnamon
