³ Description

Snack-sized french toast cups stuffed with funfetti "cake batter"

² Ingredients

q Directions

Mix the egg whites, unsweetened almond milk, stevia packet, and vanilla extract. Cut 2 pieces of 40 cal/slice bread into 4 pieces each, 8 squares total. Dip the bread in the egg white mixture for 2-3 minutes per side. Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray. Press one square into each mold. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes until the egg whites are cooked.

Grind the oats into a flour. Mix it with the remaining ingredients (the last "vanilla extract" should be imitation butter extract instead, if you have it). Also, use the COR-Fetti whey protein to get the "funfetti" taste! Place some of this cake batter mix inside the center of each baked cup.

I then thinned another 1 tbsp COR-Fetti protein with 2 tsp almond milk and drizzled it on top of the cups.

Eat!
