³ Description

Birthday Cake Protein Ice Cream with banana, sprinkles, and toasted coconut. I might make this everyday.

² Ingredients

q Directions

NOTE: The protein powder type is: SDC Nutrition About Time - Birthday Cake protein powder. Same brand/nutrition as what's listed in the ingredients, but the birthday cake flavor wasn't available in the database.

Directions:

Stir together greek yogurt and protein powder as best as you can. Pour in almond milk 1tbsp at a time (approx 3tbsp total) until it's mixed in thoroughly.

Slice up half a banana and add it in to the mix. Top with 1tbsp rainbow sprinkles and 1tbsp toasted coconut (spread unsweetened coconut flakes in a pan and put in oven on 350 for ONLY 3-5 minutes until slightly browned. Keep on eye on it so as not to burn them!). Lastly, put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes to let solidify. Enjoy!
