  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Kirkland Signature Greek Yogurt
  •  1 serving (serving = 2/3 cup) Shaw's Apple Sauce
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 package) Jell-O Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix
  •  1 serving (serving = 3/4 cup) Publix Flax Flakes
  •  1 cup, unthawed Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen)
  •  1 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Walden Farms Sugar Free Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup
  •  1 large rectangular piece or 2 squares or 4 small rectangular pieces Graham Crackers
   

q Directions

1. Mix the apple sauce, greek yogurt, jello, flax flakes and cinnamon together in a bowl.

2. Surround mixture with graham crackers.

3. Top with blueberries and chocolate sauce.
