A deliciously blueberry-filled start to your morning :)

² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Nutiva Coconut Flour
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
  •  0.125 serving (serving = 1 cup) Simple Truth Unsweetened Almond Milk
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 rounded tsp) Source Naturals Psyllium Husk Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Trader Joe's Cocoa Powder Unsweetened
  •  1/4 cup Blueberries
   

q Directions

Instructions:
1. Blend everything together
2. With your hands (or a fork) mush up some bluebs then add it to the batter
2. Spray your pan with cooking spray and cook on medium heat for about 4 minutes each side
3. Top with some sugar free syrup and enjoy!!

You can replace the cocoa/cacao powder with chocolate whey protein powder if you'd prefer
