Super healthy, low calorie and quick side dish for your fish or any other protein.

² Ingredients

  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1/4 tsp Curry Powder
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1/4 fl oz Lemon Juice
  •  1 cup chopped Broccoli
  •  1 cup Cauliflower
  •  1/2 tsp Garlic
   

q Directions

Just steamed both broccoli and cauliflower and blend with greek yogurt, garlic, lemon 🍋juice. Adjust salt and pepper. I also added curry powder. Yum
