³ Description

These are super fluffy, just like traditional pancakes! :)

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

5 tbsp buckwheat flour
3 tbsp old fashion whole grain oats
4 tbsp pecans
2 eggs
1 medium banana
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp baking soda

-In a blender mix all ingredients except for 2 tbsp of pecans and butter. Blend well.

-Pour mixture into a pan over medium heat and cook like pancakes

-Once pancakes are finished, rinse pan and place 1 tbsp of butter and remaining pecans

-Cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally

-Top pancakes with pecans and whatever syrup you choose and enjoy!
