³ Description

Clean buffalo chicken fingers made with no butter with a clean ranch dipping sauce.

² Ingredients

  •  1 oz Olive Oil
  •  1/2 tsp Salt
  •  1/2 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  •  1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1 cup White Flour
  •  2 breast quarter (yield after cooking, bone removed) Chicken Breast
  •  1 oz Tabasco Sauce
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/2 tsp) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt
   

q Directions

Cut breasts in strips, mix dry ingredients in bowl. Coat strips in flour mixture. Place on un-greased baking sheet. Put in fridge for 30 minutes to an hour till flour gets thicker. Pre-heat oven 400f or 200c. Mix Tabasco and olive oil in bowl. Coat strips with wet ingredients. Put back on baking sheet, cook for 45-50 minutes flipping in between. Serve with Greek yogurt mixed with ranch season packet! I mix 4oz greek yogurt with a half packet of seasoning.
