I recently discovered whole-wheat panko breadcrumbs, and I love them! Just recreating all my favorite fried dishes, but making them healthier!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 bun) Food For Life Baking Company Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Burger Buns
  •  1 oz, boneless, cooked, skinless Skinless Chicken Breast
  •  1 small leaf Lettuce
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs - Whole Wheat Style
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 oz) Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 4 oz) The Greek Gods Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1 leaf Cabbage
   

q Directions

Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then dredge through breadcrumbs. Bake at 450 for 15 min. Cover with Frank's Red Hot, and place on bun with lettuce and cabbage.

If you're concerned with your sodium intake, take it easy with the Frank's.
