² Ingredients

  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1 thick/large slice (1/2" thick) Tomatoes
  •  1 oz Alfalfa Sprouts
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 slice) Arnold 100% Natural Whole Wheat Bread
  •  1 tsp Dill (Dried)
  •  1/4 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
  •  1 oz Baby Spinach
  •  1 medium slice (1/8" thick) Red Onions
   

q Directions

Cook your egg over-easy. Place bread in toaster until golden brown then build up veggies and place egg on top! Delicious!
