Easy to whip up, and packed with flavor!

² Ingredients

  •  4 oz, boneless, cooked Chicken Breast
  •  1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
  •  1 oz Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk)
  •  2 tbsp Basil
  •  1 tsp Olive Oil
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 oz dry) Full Circle Whole Wheat Capellini
  •  3 tsp Minced Garlic
   

q Directions

Chop up tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and some fresh pressed garlic.
Cook noodles and when done, stir in the tomato basil mixture.
