Jazz up your protein shake with the flavors of Fall!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1/2 C cottage cheese (trust me it thickens the shake and adds 14 extra grams protein-but you can leave it out and add xanthan gum to thicken it as well.
*1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder
1/2 C water
*2-3 tbs unsweetened apple sauce
* 8ish ice cubes
* 5-8 drops sweet leaf brand English toffee stevia
*1/8 tsp cinnamon (or a few shakes)
*1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice (a few shakes)
Topping: Drizzle of walden farms caramel syrup or sugar free caramel syrup Optional : 1tbs diced small apples

FYI: THE LONGER YOU LET THE BLENDER BLEND THE FLUFFIER THE SHAKE GETS
