It might sound weird but they taste incredible

² Ingredients

  •  2 cup Cauliflower
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Syrup
  •  2 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Bob's Red Mill Organic Quinoa Flour
  •  1 tsp Baking Soda
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
   

q Directions

Add cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until mixture looks like rice
Microwave for 7 minutes
Mix all dry ingredients, then add egg whites, vanilla, and cauliflower. Cook like a pancake. Top with sugar free syrup
