Mix 1 Cup Almond Flour with 1/2 Cup Oat Flour, a pinch of Salt & Cinnamon. Add 2TB Coconut Oil, 1t Vanilla Extract and 3TB Light Agave and mix well.
Chill for a bit before rolling out dough (in between 2 sheets of parchment paper) into a rectangular shape.
Blend 1/2 Cup Dried Cherries with 2 1/2 TB Unsweetened Apple Sauce (add sweetener if desired) until you have a fairly chunky consistency.
Top 1 side of the dough with the filling and fold the other side over, pressing down to seal.
Bake for about 25 minutes on 350 degrees - edges will brown slightly.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
