An an unusual combination that tastes more than delicious. Simple to make and satisfying!

² Ingredients

  •  4.5 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Maple Leaf Prime Extra Lean Ground Chicken
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Whole Foods Market Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
  •  2 tsp Minced Garlic
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Scallions or Spring Onions
  •  1/2 cup Cilantro
  •  1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1 tbsp Onion Powder
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp.) Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  •  1/2 oz Lime Juice
  •  0.2 tsp Sea Salt
  •  1/4 tsp Black Pepper
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Take a large mixing bowl and add all ingredients together. Use hands to mix ingredients, turning and mixing thoroughly. Form 4 med sized patties with hands and put on baking sheet. Cook on one side for 18-20 min, flip and cook other side for same amount. Serve and enjoy
