Just mix together 225g almond butter, 6 tbsp melted coconut oil, 6 tbsp cocoa powder, 6 tbsp shredded coconut, and 2 tbsp honey. Then put into a small lined tray and either freeze or refrigerate until solid. You can swap the almond butter for any nut butter!
