³ Description

These fluffy son of a guns were A-Mazing...I know its super hard to believe but they are healthy, clean eaters, I'm not even kidding. Wait theres more...they are vegan, gluten and dairy free!!! I promise I'm not bustin' balls.

² Ingredients

q Directions

Pancakes
2 ripe bananas
2/3 c oat flour (or any flour. I used gluten free rolled oats from Trader Joes)
1/3 c almond meal
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla protein
1/4 c coconut milk
2 flax eggs

If you think they are too thick add a little more milk and if you think they are too runny add a little more flour. You have to play around with stuff like this and see what you like. Get a good consistency going. I like them fluffier so I keep em' thick.

Frosting
Vanilla: 2-3 tbsp coconut milk base vanilla yogurt, 1 packet of stevia (or two), 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. Mix well.
I usually make my own chocolate but for this I just melted up some Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips. Once they were melted I layered the vanilla and chocolate between each pancake then globbed it on top. Enjoy.
