Rich and fudgy!!! So yummy you will have no clue there is avocado in it!

² Ingredients

  •  1/4 cup Lowfat (1-2% Fat) Cottage Cheese
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1/2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1 date, pitted Medjool Dates
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  1 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Simple Truth Unsweetened Almond Milk
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Quaker Old Fashioned Oats

Chocolate Avocado Mugcake Recipe:
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 an avocado
- 1 medjool date
- splash almond milk
- 3 tbsp egg whites (1 egg)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Blend all ingredients in a food processor/blender. Spray a mug with non-stick spray and pour ingredients into a mug. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes

Whipped Avocado Creamed Sauce Recipe:
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
-1/4 tsp cinnamon

Blend all ingredients together. Top mug cake with whipped avocado sauce and a mix of cashews, sunflower seeds, coconut, and raisins.
