Make these healthy bars to satisfy those cravings for not so clean (or low cal) treats!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla
  •  2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  1 tsp Baking Soda
  •  4 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour
  •  1 16 oz can, drained, yields Garbanzo Beans
  •  1.1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup
  •  1/2 cup, large chips Chocolate Chips
  •  6 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Bob's Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  •  0.66 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Fresh & Easy Liquid Egg Whites
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 325
Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with PAM
Rinse and drain chickpeas, dump into a food processor
Add water, all liquid ingredients, and process until smooth
Measure out dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add processed bean mixture
Mix well, the batter is thick
Bake for 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 ½ cup whole wheat pastry flour (wheat flour works)
½ cup coconut flour
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1 15 ounce can chickpeas
â…“ egg whites
â…“ cup sugar free syrup (agave works as well)
2 tsp vanilla extract
â…“ cup water
