You guys won't believe thissss. My postworkout meal today was a chocolate raspberry "Poptart," idea sparked by the protein poptart things @theleanqueen makes. It's stuffed with a homemade raspberry jam and then topped with a chocolate protein glaze and maple peanut butter drizzlies. ðŸ’¬ No words. Must. Make. More. Flavors.
Microwave 1/2 cup frozen raspberries with
8-10 chocolate raspberry stevia drops (or regular stevia) for 45 seconds. Stir around to break it up and make a jam. Place on an Ezekiel tortilla, fold, and grill in a panini press.
Chocolate Protein Glaze:
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein, stevia.
Maple Peanut Butter Drizzle:
1 tbsp peanut flour, 1 tbsp sugar free syrup, 1/2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk.
