This spread is the perfect topping to spread on toast, ice cream, eat as pudding, or eat with a spoon.. ;) Not only is this chocolate spread delicious and healthy, however, it also contains only 4 ingredients!!! Yes, you heard me correctly, only FOUR clean ingredients! ² Ingredients

  •  4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Whole Foods Market Canned Black Beans (No Salt Added)
   

q Directions

Ingredients:
2 1/8 cup Black Beans (no salt added)
4 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder
2 1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder
10 drops chocolate stevia
Optional if wanted extra sweet
1/4 cup sf maple syrup, pure maple syrup, honey, or agave

Method:
Rinse and drain black beans in a strainer, put in boil water for 2 minutes, rinse and drain beans when done.
Blend black beans in a food processor, pulse, add in protein powder and cacao powder. Blend. Add in Stevia, and optional ingredient. Blend till you get a smooth chocolatey spread.
Pour into container and store in fridge.
When you take your serving out mix with a little it of almond milk and stevia to make spread less pasty.
