³ Description

A light and fresh healthy salsa! Made from only fresh ingredients! Serve with sweet potato tortilla chips or use it on wraps, eggs, or whatever you want to add a little kick to!

² Ingredients

  •  1 Juice of 1 lime (2" dia) Fresh Lime Juice
  •  1 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1 tsp Salt
  •  4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Tomatoes
  •  1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
  •  1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Bell Peppers
  •  1 large Red Onions
   

q Directions

Chop all ingredients. Leave the desired amount of seeds in the jalapeno depending on the heat you want from your salsa. Add half of a tomato to a chopper or food processor to get a little more liquid added to your salsa. Add seasonings. Serve with light sour cream and your favorite tortilla chips! Store the remaining in a tight lid jar in the fridge.
