Made these for leg day, the best day of the week!
Mix oats, egg whites, 1/2 banana, stevia, cinnamon, almond milk to make pancake batter, cook into 3 pancakes on a greased pan.
Microwave mixed berries, add in mashed 1/2 banana and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
If you can, add greek yogurt to the berries, I couldn't because I cut dairy from my diet but I so would have if I could.
