² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Arrowhead Mills Organic Oat Flour
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Trader Joe's Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  •  1 large Egg
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1 cup, mashed Bananas
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Low Sodium)
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1 tbsp Honey
  •  1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  •  0.2 serving (serving = 3/4 cup) President's Choice 0% Greek Yogurt
   

q Directions

Fill prepared muffin tins about 3/4 full and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Easy peasy.

Frosting: combine equal parts honey, melted coconut oil, and plain greek yogurt (about 2T each), and add cinnamon. Enjoy!
