³ Description

A perfect combination of cinnamon and pear culminated into a single pancake stack!

² Ingredients

q Directions

First grind 1/2 cup oats to form oat flour. Then add 1/2 scoop cinnamon swirl whey protein (Cellucor), 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 stevia packet, 1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 2 egg whites, and 1/2 tsp walnut extract and blend until thick and creamy. Finally, stir in 1/3 cup chopped pear and 1 TBSP chopped walnuts into the batter with a fork. Cook on a medium/low heat in a pan sprayed with a nonstick spray. After 5-6 minutes, flip, and cook another 4-5 minutes. DONE

Recommended: Perfectly paired and topped with unsweetened coconut shreds, caramelized pear slices, and sugar free syrup. To caramelize the pear slices, just cook it in a pan with a tbsp of sugar free syrup and dashes of cinnamon until they’re soft :)
