Cinnamon Raisin French Toast with Strawberry Yogurt Sauce

Recipe by: Amy Clevenger, www.fitfunandfantastic.com

French Toast:
Mix 1/3 cup egg whites, 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Drench 2 pieces of Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin bread in mixture.

Cook on pan or griddle sprayed with non stick spray. Sprinkle top of bread with cinnamon. Flip once bottom side is cooked.

Strawberry Yogurt Sauce:
Blend in blender/food processor 1/8 cup plain non fat greek yogurt, splash of almond milk, and 2 strawberries. Blend until creamy.

Top french toast with sauce and devour!!!
