High Protein Meal Prep Snack

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (1.5g) Instant Coffee (Dry Powder)
  •  1.5 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Powder (Straight Phosphate, Double Acting)
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Market Pantry Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 medium) Dole Bananas
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 oz) Navitas Naturals Organic Raw Cacao Nibs
  •  5 serving (serving = 1/3 spray) Spectrum Coconut Spray Oil
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Let's Do Organic Organic Coconut Flour
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Cellucor Cor-Performance Whey Peanut Butter Marshmallow
  •  3 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 packet) Sugar in the Raw Stevia in The Raw (Packet)
   

q Directions

3 scoops whey of choice (I used #cellucor peanut butter marshmallow)
3/4C old fashioned oats
1/2t baking soda
1t baking powder
1t espresso powder
4t granulated stevia
4T coconut flour
2T ground flax seeds
2oz (4T) carob chips (cocao nibs)
1/2C liquid egg whites
3 overripe bananas
1/4C cottage cheese
Coconut oil spray

Blend dry ingredients in a VitaMix (except carob chips) and transfer to a large bowl. Blend wet ingredients then stir into dry. Add in carob chips and transfer to a loaf pan sprayed w/ coconut oil and bake at 350 for 50 minutes
