A simple, unique and delicious salmon recipe that takes only 2 minutes to prepare!

² Ingredients

  •  20 oz, boneless, raw Salmon
  •  1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
  •  1 tbsp Lemon Peel
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Fisher Chopped Pecans
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Kroger Unsweetened Coconut Flake
   

q Directions

Season 4 salmon filets with salt and pepper.

Combine chopped pecans, shredded coconut, lemon juice and lemon zest.

Distribute mixture evenly onto salmon filets.

Bake at 400 for 15 mins.
