Coffee Cup Protein Mugcake for when your in a hurry!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Mix above ingredients (excluding chobani, cocoa, chocolate sauce) together very well until even, making sure there are no small chunks of banana and that the batter is similar to pancake batter (not too runny or too thick)

Grease a mug cup (microwavable) with 1/4 tsp coconut oil (to ensure the cake doesn't stick) and pour batter in

Microwave for 1-1:30 minutes then empty cake onto a plate (careful the mug maybe very hot)

Top with chobani first ( chobani/any Greek yogurt), then unsweetened cocoa then with a tsp of cottage cheese then finish off with chocolate sauce (1 tsp unsweetened cocoa, 1 tsp water OR walden farms chocolate syrup) and blueberries!
